Bill Decker, Vercor Sr. Transaction Director, entered into the real estate industry as an escrow technician in 1988 for a company that specialized in business opportunity escrows. He became proficient in all aspects of business opportunity escrows and, within six months was promoted to the position of escrow officer. His professional reputation, knowledge, expertise, dedication and proficiency earned him referrals of many new clients from his already expansive portfolio. Bill earned the designation of Certified Escrow Officer and Business Opportunities Specialist from the California Escrow Association. After 13 years in the escrow industry, he conquered a new challenge.
In July 2001 Bill joined VERCOR as its Senior Transaction Director, Sacramento office. Bill compiles, organizes and processes financial data for business mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business appraisals and financing placement. In addition, Bill packages and presents financing applications to prospective lenders and coordinates all aspects of escrow for mergers and acquisitions.

A native of Great Bend, PA, Bill graduated with distinction from Bloomsburg University, and has resided in Sacramento since 1988. He is actively involved in a number of industry associations. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, reading, camping and home improvement projects.
